Leading the Way in Breaking the Silence Around Childhood Abuse and Trauma

Team Only Stronger is proud to lead by example in the fight against the stigma surrounding childhood abuse and trauma. Founded on lived experience, our work is deeply informed by the personal story of Arienne Mabalot, who, alongside her father Gary Mabalot, has shared her journey as a survivor of multiple felony counts of childhood sexual abuse beginning at just five years old. By courageously speaking out, they have reached thousands of individuals, families, and community organizations, bringing much-needed awareness to the often-hidden realities of abuse within our communities.

This bold and innovative approach has redefined how we talk about childhood trauma—proving that vulnerability, when met with support, can be a powerful tool for community healing and prevention. Through storytelling, education, and outreach, Team Only Stronger has created a platform that not only raises awareness but also inspires action and resilience.

A Movement Fueled by Resilience and Results

Since our founding in 2021, Team Only Stronger has driven measurable impact across the communities we serve. Among these stories of transformation, Arienne’s resilience stands as a powerful testament to what is possible when children are supported and empowered. Despite the adversity she has faced, Arienne continues to thrive—academically, personally, and as a young leader. Entering her first year of middle school, she has already been recognized as one of her elementary school’s top academic scholars and public speakers.

In addition to her achievements in the classroom, Arienne is also a published illustrator and co-author of the children’s book Warrior Princess Bunny: Tails of Truth, which serves as an educational tool to help other children understand body safety and find the courage to speak up. Her story illustrates the life-changing impact of resilience, authenticity, and the belief that healing is not only possible—it can be powerful.
